NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT — EAGLE ANGLES, CHAPTER TWO (FW26/27)

Summary of terms (the full bilingual IT/EN agreement is the binding document)
1. Confidential Information. All material in this Vault — final and work-in-progress FW26/27 assets including advertising imagery, catalogue photography, show backstage and related artworks — is strictly confidential and pre-release, whether or not marked as such.
2. Obligations. You will not disclose, publish, exhibit, post on social or any public channel, or share this material in whole or in part before official release by Armani; you will not copy or duplicate it beyond what is necessary for the contemplated contribution; and you will not use it to train or develop any AI or generative model except where expressly authorised in writing.
3. Term & return. Obligations last ten (10) years. On request you will return or permanently delete all materials and copies and confirm in writing.
4. No compensation; no obligation to contract. This agreement creates no business obligation on either party.
5. Privacy. Personal data is processed per EU Reg. 2016/679 (GDPR) solely to execute this agreement.
6. Law & jurisdiction. Italian law; exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
By accepting you confirm you have read and agree to be bound by the full Non-Disclosure Agreement, and that you are authorised to do so.
